Rochester N.Y. - The #9 ranked Monroe Community College Women's Soccer Team picked up a crucial win in thrilling fashion over district rival #7 Monroe College Mustangs. After one half of scoreless play, the Mustangs would strike first on a goal from Katie Nelson (52:33). Just under 10 minutes later, the Tribunes would respond with a clutch penalty kick off the foot of Lea Kemp (61:11). The Tribunes would have several great looks on goal with a couple of shots that struck back-to-back off the top crossbar. It was the second-year sophomore and Spencerport native Breanna DeHond who scored the decisive goal (88:21) to ice the win for the Tribunes.
