Rochester, NY. – The Monroe Tribunes women's soccer team battled in a 4-4 tie earlier this afternoon on their home field to the Cerritos Falcons at John DiMarco field. The tie has moved the Tribunes to 5-2-2 on the season while the Falcons moved to 2-2-1.
Game Highlights:
- Abie LaRocca (Macedon, NY/ Palmyra-Macedon) scored twice for the Tribunes with assists from Efi Brame and Katrina Yencer (Avon, NY)
- Kimberly McPhearson scored as well as Gaia Lacuzzi who was assisted by McPhearson
- Strong defensive plays were made by Maddie Carr (Spencerport, NY)
The Tribunes are back home on Saturday, September 28th when they hold their "Girls Supporting Girls" game against CCBC ESSEX at 12 pm. Hope to see you there!
