New Rochelle, NY - The #19 Nationally Ranked Monroe Community College Men's Soccer Program travelled to New Rochelle to face Monroe University (RV NJCAA DI) in an East District rivalry matchup.
The Tribunes (10-0-1) entered the contest unbeaten during the regular season to take on the Mustangs at Flowers Park.
Monroe CC would strike first in the opening Minutes of the first half on a goal inside the box from Haato Efune assisted by Gabriele Sellati.
The Tribs continued to hold a strong defensive game the entire game only allowing the Mustangs to score one goal leaving the game a 1-1 tie and keeping the Tribs undefeated with a record of 10-0-2.
The Tribunes will travel to Conshohocken, Pennsylvania to face The Harcum Bears on October 22nd
