Jamestown, NY.- In their final regular-season match up, the Monroe Community College men's basketball team played a tight game vs the Jamestown Jayhawks Saturday evening resulting in a one point victory for MCC, 51-50. With the win, Monroe finishes off the season 15-14 heading into post-season.
Game Highlights:
Tahjir King finished the day with 12 rebounds, three steals and one assist. King made the final layup in the game to give the Tribunes the win.
MCC will head to Niagara County CC for the Region III Tournament this Saturday when they take on Erie CC at 5 pm. Monroe has gone 2-1 vs the Kats in previous contests.
