Yencer also added a pair of assists for the Tribunes, who improved to 6-3-0 on the season.
Ariyo, the nation's second-leading goal scorer, got the Tribunes on the board early in the match. The sophomore forward took a through ball from Yencer and beat the Heron keeper for a 1-0 Monroe lead.
Yencer then added a pair of tallies to give MCC a 3-0 advantage at the break. Ariyo fed Yencer in the middle for her first goal, while the second was set up by a long pass from defender Arianna Green.
Ariyo closed out Monroe's scoring in the opening minutes of the second half. Yencer flicked a pass over the William Smith defense, where Ariyo collected it and put it home.
The Herons broke the shutout late in the second half after a scramble in front of the Tribune goal. Keeper Madison Mikula finished with three stops on the afternoon to earn the win for MCC.
