| What: | A mix of several different modes of exercise, including cardiorespiratory work, circuit training, interval training, resistance training, etc. |
| When: | Tuesdays and Thursdays, 6:30-7:30 a.m. |
| Where: | PAC Fitness Center, HPL, Gym, or Dance Studio |
| Starts: | Beginning of the spring semester |
| Program Description: | Proper technique, injury prevention and working within the target heart rate zone will be major focuses of the class. No need to have any previous experience. Any current level of fitness is acceptable. Instructor will adapt exercises if possible. One of the great parts of this class is the camaraderie that is established. |
